N'GENIUS accepted onto HIIdrogen Next programme.

[For Immediate Release - 10th February 2026]

N'GENIUS Materials Technology is pleased to announce it has been accepted onto an accelerator programme designed to fast-track the UK's most promising hydrogen innovations into commercial reality.

Delivered in partnership between Sustainable Ventures, CPI and Hydrogen Innovation Initiative, HIIdrogenNext is a specialised accelerator which combines technical validation with commercial and network expertise to assist innovative technologies in scaling from proof of concept to market adoption.

N'GENIUS Materials Technology will be receiving tailored catapult support during the programme, working alongside the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) to test and validate the performance of its advanced alloy solutions for hydrogen service. Sample materials for the project are being provided by British steel foundry Furniss & White, which became an N'GENIUS Series manufacturer in 2024.

The programme provides an important opportunity for N'GENIUS Materials Technology to showcase the advantages of its N'GENIUS H2 Series of alloys for future applications in hydrogen transport, storage and use, and will help bridge the gap to its commercialisation.

Patent protected in more than 30 countries, N'GENIUS alloys possess all the typical benefits of conventional austenitic stainless steels including excellent ductility and toughness at ambient, sub-zero and cryogenic temperatures but with vastly superior mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
